Products Availability
All products sell in this website are available most of the time and are subject to availability. In the event of any insufficient stock, we reserve the right to cancel the order at our own discretion. In the event that we are unable to supply the product and decide to cancel the order, we shall notify you within 3 working days and shall reimburse your payment in full to you within 30 days.

Orders & Payment
To place an order, the buyers/shoppers/users/visitors are required to provide us the complete details, including accurate buyer's personal information and all necessary payment details. We accept payments via major credit/debit cards. By completing the order process and making payment, it indicates that you have read, understood, agreed and consented with our terms and conditions.

Shipping & Delivery
Upon successful order, we will verify the buyer's personal details, payment & order delivery details prior to delivery of products/services purchased. After all the provided details are trusted worthy and genuine, we shall deliver the products/services within 7 working days. However, certain orders may take longer shipping days due to uncertainty of inventory level. We will always advise buyers from time to time about the shipping status in the website and via email. We ship internationally and domestic, however we only ship to physical addresses and DO NOT ship to P.O. Box or Mailbox Addresses.

Cancellation & Refund Request
We do accept order cancellation & refund request within 6 hours upon order placement or prior to delivery of products. We do not accept order cancellation and will not accept any refund request if orders has been processed and in the midst of delivery.

Return & Exchange Request
We accept return & exchange request for certain products, which are being clearly specified in our website that return & exchange request is allowed. In the event of return & exchange is needed, buyer should be responsible for all processing & shipping fees incurred for the process.
